Adam Ray West Palm Beach Concert reviews
Lindsey Stirling - better in studio
Adam Ray is the cutest and has the best personality, I can't knock on herself. Funny, quirky, and sweet, she talks a lot with the audience which is cool. Her sound was just alright, but most of the songs, her violin sounded scratchy or squeaky. She did play a few acoustic songs in which the violin sounded great, but with the heavier electronic sounds she really had to scratch to get the sound out to us. I was a bit disappointed because I love listening to her stuff on Pandora and in my car, but it just wasn't the same. I'm thinking her songs sound much better in the studio edited versions. The light effects were cool at the show, and it had a very eclectic mix of people. Overall good vibes, it's just that the sound wasn't there.
